Welcome to Amrocor. To ensure transparency and smooth transactions, we’ve outlined our shipping and delivery policy below. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Order Processing & Lead Time
All orders are processed in the order received. Standard processing time is up to 10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Custom-built, oversized, or specialty items may require extended handling times. We will provide an estimated ship date at the time of order confirmation, but actual shipment dates may vary.
Note: Lead times begin only after payment is confirmed and all necessary information is received.
Shipping Methods & Responsibility
Orders ship via the carrier and method we determine most appropriate unless otherwise arranged in writing. All shipments are made FOB Origin (Shipping Point) — once your order leaves our facility, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you, the buyer.
We are not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather impacts
- Missed delivery windows
- Labor costs or downtime due to late deliveries
- Any indirect or consequential damages
You are encouraged to select insured shipping or coordinate your own freight carrier if you have specific transit concerns.
Freight Shipping & Delivery Conditions
Freight deliveries are priced for standard dock-to-dock commercial service with no additional handling requirements. Additional fees apply for:
- Residential or limited access locations
- Lift gate or pallet jack services
- Inside delivery or unpacking
- Hazardous materials
- Excessive length or weight
- Call-ahead or scheduled appointments
- Job site or non-paved road access
- Trade show deliveries
Important: Any delivery to a home-based business or residence — even if used commercially — will be treated as residential by carriers and priced accordingly.
We recommend that you disclose delivery site limitations during the ordering process to avoid shipment delays or added charges.
Damage or Loss in Transit
Upon delivery, inspect your shipment immediately and thoroughly. If damage or loss occurs:
- Note it clearlyon the delivery receipt before signing.
- Photograph the damageand packaging.
- Notify us within 2 business dayswith documentation.
Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of claims. Once signed “clear,” any damage claims become the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for concealed or unreported damage after delivery.
Delivery Scheduling & Storage
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be notified. You have 10 calendar days to arrange shipment or pickup. After this period:
- Storage fees may apply
- Items may be shipped automatically at your cost
- Orders not claimed within 30 daysmay be forfeited or resold
Partial shipments under a truckload must be released in full unless pre-approved. Additional logistics costs (e.g., split shipments, reconsignments) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Cancellations & Delays by Buyer
Orders are considered final once confirmed. Cancellation or deferral requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
If accepted, cancellation or delay fees will apply, which may include:
- Labor and material expenses incurred
- Inventory holding costs
- Supplier penalties
- Storage and financing charges
- A reasonable administrative margin
Orders already in production or transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
Estimated Weights & Quantities
Weights and quantities listed prior to shipment are estimates. Final invoices will reflect actual shipping weights verified at the time of shipment.
Tolerances for over/under shipment may apply depending on the product class. Buyer agrees to accept minor variances in weight or quantity.
Tax Responsibility
All prices are exclusive of applicable federal, state, or local taxes unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for:
- Paying all required taxes
- Providing a valid exemption certificate, if applicable
Failure to provide a proper tax exemption document before order processing may result in the assessment of sales tax.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding delivery, risk of loss, or claims, Amrocor will work in good faith to resolve the matter but reserves the right to defer to the shipping carrier’s findings.
