Returns & Exchanges

At Amrocor, we take pride in providing dependable products built for lasting performance. While we strive to meet expectations with every order, we understand that occasional returns or exchanges may be necessary. This policy outlines our process and requirements to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in like-new condition.
  • All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included and undamaged.
  • The item must be shipped in an outer protective box. Do not apply shipping labels directly to product packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or confirmation email) must be included with the return.


Returns that do not meet these standards may be denied or subject to additional deductions.

Return Processing Fees

To recover the costs associated with handling, restocking, and transaction processing:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Refunds issued to a credit or debit card are subject to a 2.95% processing fee.

These fees are automatically deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Amrocor is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns.
  • Returns sent as COD (Cash on Delivery) or freight collect will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products not purchased directly from Amrocor or through an authorized dealer.
  • Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Returns missing original packaging, accessories, or product labels.
  • Items where the return reason does not align with the condition upon inspection.

Any ineligible items received may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and coordinate an exchange or replacement as needed.
