Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or inventory issues. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

Large or bulk orders may require freight delivery and special handling instructions. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery access and unloading capability when applicable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted on unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to approval and may be subject to restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Used, opened, or custom-labeled products are non-returnable.
